The ETA accountants.

We deliver the strategic and financial muscle behind Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition – from owner‑led growth to search‑fund deals.

Accountica isn’t a generalist firm, we exist for two distinct groups. For owner‑managed companies generating $1 M–$15 M, we act as your Scale & Strategy Office – cleaning up your financials, imposing structure and preparing you for capital events. For searchers targeting acquisitions up to $30 M in revenue, we handle the heavy lifting: sourcing, financial & tax due diligence (FDD), quality‑of‑earnings (QofE) analysis and deal execution. As active investors in the ETA ecosystem, we know what it takes to close a deal and run a bigger business. If you’re aiming to grow, buy or sell within these ranges, you’re in the right place.

WHY WE EXIST

Most accounting firms treat compliance as the job and view advisory as an afterthought. That leaves SME's, mid‑market companies and searchers underserved: they get annual reports but no strategic direction.

We built Accountica to fill that gap. We’re CPA/AICD qualified accountants and advisors who also invest in search funds, so we know both sides of a deal.

We work only with owner‑managed businesses in the $1m - $15M revenue range and with searchers pursuing acquisitions up to $30M in enterprise value.

Our purpose is to provide forward‑looking information, unbiased advice and hands‑on support so you can make decisions with clarity. We’d rather turn away work than take on a client we’re not the right fit for; focus is what lets us deliver exceptional outcomes.
